RETURN POLICY

We want you to love CUFT® – but we get it, sometimes it’s just not the right fit!

We will accept returns, exchanges or store credit only on unopened tubes and non-sale items* within 20 days of delivery. "Unopened" means the sticker on the tube is still sealed and the underwear is untouched.

CUFT® reserves the right to refuse returned underwear that do not meet acceptable health standards.

*Please note: All sale items are final sale.* This does not include our standard bundle discounts or any affiliate discount codes.

*Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.* Our team fulfills orders every 12 hours, and due to the speed of our fulfillment process, we are not able to monitor or accommodate cancellation requests.

To help minimize waste, we recommend opening and trying on just one pair first for fit and comfort before washing or wearing the rest.

Items purchased outside of our website, including those purchased at a retailer or local shop, are not eligible for return at wearcuft.com.

CUFT® reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify these terms and conditions.

We are unable to return or exchange the following items:

  • Items with a delivery date greater than 20 days ago.
  • Items that have been tried on and tubes that have been opened.
  •  Sale items — including, but not limited to, purchases made during site-wide promos, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or clearance events.
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or anywhere other than wearcuft.com.
