We want you to love your CUFT, but understand sh*t happens! We will accept returns only on unopened, unworn undies within 20 days of delivery. "Unopened" means the sticker on the tube is still sealed and untouched. CUFT reserves the right to refuse returned undies that do not meet acceptable health standards.

CUFT cannot and will not accept the return of opened, worn and/or washed items. Please ensure all items are unopened, unworn and in their original packaging. 

Items purchased outside of our website, including those purchased at a retailer or local shop, are not eligible for return at wearcuft.com.

Exchange Policy

If you purchased an incorrect size, we offer exchanges on unopened, unworn undies within 20 days of delivery. "Unopened" means the sticker on the tube is still sealed and untouched. CUFT reserves the right to refuse exchanged undies that do not meet acceptable health standards. 

Please email hello@wearcuft.com to initiate a return and/or exchange. Upon receipt of the customer's email request, CUFT will determine whether a return/exchange is accepted by providing a shipping label.
