How do I find my size, and does it run small?

How long does a pair last?
With gentle care, a pair holds up through regular wear and washing. Because the fabric is lightweight and plant-based, we recommend washing cold and air drying to keep it feeling its best.
How do I wash it, and how do I compost it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Because it’s made from plant-based TENCEL™, a worn-out pair can be composted at the end of its life rather than sent to landfill.
